Are the koh chang ferries running as normal or reduced service.

All I know is that they are running. Your best bet would be to call one of the ferry services.

Naturally, that would be the best. However, as I believe they changed it for the reopening 1 Nov, it could be hard to find someone. Therefore I think it will be quicker and easier for you to call. ????
