I will be moving to LOS this year. Not sure where, Rayong area, Hua Hin , Udon Thani.

I would like to know where I can find out if quad runner's are street legal ?

I don't believe they are street legal. People still drive them on the street however.

You can get away with it in small villages, but not on any main roads. In the places you mentioned, I doubt it, unless remote.
