This includes providing your Thai business registration number and other business information.  If you’re already a business registered in Thailand, please log in to your PayPal account to review and accept the PayPal Thailand Relaunch Agreements.    If you’re not a business registered in Thailand, you may consider registering your business with the Thailand Ministry of Commerce and then open a new PayPal Thailand business account.

PayPal's new rules requiring a business account, and proof of Thai business registration to receive payments, or keep a balance ,,, are prohibitive for folks like me who are not doing business in country, but occasionally receive gifts from relatives, or friends outside Thailand.

 

Any alternatives you can recommend ?

Wise Transfer or Revolut? I'm using Wise almost every month no problem. Sometimes takes more than a day but usually received on same day.
