Move from sim to esim

Featured Replies

Hi. Does anyone know how to change my True physical sim to an esim. I'm in Australia.  I currently have a dual Sim phone with my Thai True sim and Australian sim but looking to buy a new phone with single physical sim and esim support. My Australian provider doesn't do esim. Thanks.

It’s very easy but you have to be in Thailand to get the Thai number e-sim programmed into the phone. It takes about 10 minutes in the provider store.

At least that’s the process with AIS so TRUE is almost certainly the same.

My understanding is you add the esim to the phone with a QR code. Couldn't they send me the QR code?

I understand that only the eSim for AIS SIM2FLY can be requested online. No online acquisition for regular Thai SIM cards.
