A flight carrying 29 foreign tourists who had booked a package tour to Vietnam under a vaccine passport program landed at Da Nang Airport Wednesday afternoon.

 

This was the first group of foreign tourists visiting Vietnam after nearly two years since the country closed its borders and canceled all international flights in March last year due to the pandemic.

 

The passengers, citizens of Australia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, South Korea, the U.S., and the U.K., boarded a Vietnam Airlines flight departing from Incheon Airport.

Clearly a bunch of expats, perhaps unofficially, desperate to get back to their girlfriends perhaps, doesn't look like your typical s.korean tourists, I wonder if they will forced on coaches for hours to some temple,  follow the flag tour guide treatment, and forced into a gift shop every day
