Yet another annoying ad blocking content

Featured Replies

I understand some advertising is needed to support the site, but leaving no space at all for actual content is just taking the mick ....

You seem to be illustrating a mobile phone layout.

What device and what Browser are you using ?

The site is geared and optimised more toward optimal layout on a PC, but of course can be biewed on a wide variety of screen sizes/devices.

Android, Samsung Note 9.  I think mobiles and tablets are now more common than PC's for accessing social media content?

The X's to close them are clearly visible. ????

Every single clicks brings up this ad - so it needs closing 2 or 3 times per post view

Sorry to make you close it 2 or 3 times just to view this post. ????

I have a feeling that this type of advertisements is bad for a website's ranking and will reduce the site's income.

Not using any zoom, and just using Google.

...just using Google.

That would be Google Chrome, then. I tried it out with that browser on my Android phone Pixel just now and did not get that monstrous ad. Don't know why, perhaps because there is some antivirus and malware protection installed.
