Can anyone tell me what the hotel is officially required to include in its price- I have to quarantine for one day, and was wondering if the hotel is obligated to state the price of the transportation from the airport to the hotel, and the cost of the RT-PCR test up front.

no, it's a package, all included. Should clearly state pcr and test. Also minimum 1 meal - usually breakfast.

Prices start from around 3300b on agoda and 3900b when directly with hotel.

test itself is some 2400b, transport some 500b - but not listed seperately.
