A very good friends 24 year old whose son died in CNX was found on a park bench in the morning. He flew over from Montana and could not find his body in any hospital. He had to hire a lawyer for a lot of money etc to find where his body was. He never ever got any type of autopsy. He said they were totally uncooperative but they were polite and smiled a lot. I doubt they really have the time or care when foreigners die of overdose or other suspected things here from other countries. My friend is also a very wealthy guy. Having lived in CNX previously he was there for Songkran and I suspect he died from dehydration and too much drink and other things. And he was had grown up at 8000ft in a very cold climate. -

Those degrees were more detrimental to the children in the long run rather than helpful or useful. High schools should have never gotten rid of shop classes and professions such as plumbing, hvac, electricians and other building trades should have been held in higher esteem than the stupid useless degrees many students pursued. How much does a gallon of gas cost now? How much have peoples electric and gas utility bills increased in the last 4 years? How’d that “winter of severe illness and death for the unvaccinated” work out? LOL! -

LTR Visa is Now available for Long Term Residency
In a nutshell, they are going to abolish the following requirements for LTR applicants: WFTP: 1. Instead of USd150M over 3 years for private companies, it will be lowered down to USD50M. 2. The minimum income of USD80k per annum over the past 2 years shall go out of the window WP: 1. The minimum passive income of USD80K will be abolished as well. Dependents: 1. Currently limit to 4 but there shall be no limit on the number of dependents soon. -

Advice on Upgrading to the New Honda ADV350
Hello Gentlemen, I’m considering upgrading from my old PCX to the new ADV350 scooter and would love your advice. When is the 2025 model expected to arrive? What color would you recommend for the ADV350? I want something that stands out and looks stylish. I also plan to pay cash upfront for the new model and would like to know what type of insurance coverage would be best for a scooter like this. For accessories, I’m thinking of installing a crash bar, two extra fog lights, and a footpad. Are these good choices, or are there other accessories you’d recommend to improve safety and comfort? I’m thrilled that we already enjoy a 30% discount compared to Europe, Malaysia, and other regions, so this feels like a fantastic opportunity to upgrade. Thank you for your insights! -
