Witnesses to the accident reportedly told Phan Thong police that one of the two motorbike riders might have been driving the wrong way on the road.

All to familiar occurrence in Thailand people riding the wrong way.

Year by year, Thais are killed on the roads with an average of around 12,000 persons per year or about 2 persons per hour. In other words, every day, approximately 50 Thai people who leave home for work, school, shopping, temple/church/mosque, social gathering never return home because of road accidents....

Hard to read but true.

RIP

On the Thai news during midday which they show and talk about the accidents in Thai. Not sure if he was booze but for certain based on the CCTV, the driver going the wrong way was far exceeding the speed limit from the video it seem the rider never slow down never try to avoid just ram right into the other rider!

The sad part the announcer daily report accidents but their explanations just show the population has no clue as to why they are 2nd in the world for the most accidents which 85% are motorbikes.
