I mentioned a few years ago that these two topics about music

should be joined but the idea got rejected.

My argument was that music is timeless and good music can be find

any where anytime as long as you are willing to look for it with an open mind.

Maybe the time is right,now?

I am all for merging these topics so you don't have to follow to different ones.

I still find good music i have not heard before in both.

Thanks for the comment. Sorry to offend you. I posted some of my personal favourites to set the ball rolling and perhaps generate some interest from like minded individuals.

I was really expecting more, given the thread title, it's just old school top ten rock we get bored <deleted>less hearing in every pub worldwide!

 

Nothing wrong with nostalgia, but how about some amazing (often better) covers?

You were expecting more from me? Sorry to disappoint you. It's probably because I AM old school which is reflected in my posts. BTW I am more likely to click on an embedded link which shows the artist/title rather than click on a "blind" link, without knowing what it is first. Others opinions may differ.

Nothing wrong with old school, but as I said your thread seemed to promise more than the same old top ten we hear every day. Peace out.
