currently in Europe and trying to access the DTAC website https://www.dtac.co.th/

But it is soo slow, it is totally ridiculous, like 1 character shows per minute, no graphics.

I also tried via VPN in Singapore, no dice.

 

Just for comparison I tried AIS and TRUEMOVE sites, they work fine.

 

This is at 30 minutes past midnight BKK time, I also tried around 10pm before.

Is the DTAC website down today, or why else is it so slow? Does anybody know?

Earlier on it didn't work at all.

I know it's "back up", but in the future you can always try the mobile app. It offers most/all/more functionality than the web interface. Would use on WiFi, rather than roaming mobile data.

Also recommend trying DTAC Call, which with a WiFi signal offers "in thailand" voice/text tariffs anywhere in the world.
