Correct, once a bar gets a SHA+ restaurant certification, Covid knows not to show it's ugly face, at least until 21:00. Now Covid has been told not to show-up until after 23:00. At least Covid seems somewhat trainable.

Better yet, if Pubs and bars are closed and thats supposed to stop the spread, then why does it keep  spreading  now?  Because  its futile to close when they dont reall close anything.
