Laboratory Recommendations?

Wondering if anyone has any recommendations cost efficient labs in Chiang Mai? I need some endocrinology bloodwork and semen analysis on a fairly regular basis and was wondering about saving some money by just going direct to a basic lab vs the hospital.

I've used Lantana clinic - depending on what tests just shop around get prices - most of them send them to a central lab or the hospital lab. you can always ask if its inhouse or send away.
