What if they didn't?   You think he was charged with vomiting or defecating drugs?   I'd imagine that he's charged with possession/trafficking of drugs, regardless of any bodily functions.

By doing the examination, they would be able to tell whether the bag of drugs shown had been inside his body and regurgitated top or bottom. Whether that would be taken into account is a different matter.

Bt 3.8 million worth, not an amount to be sniffed at.

I never said 'witnessing' it. Only test for bodily fluids on the bag as the headline says he swallowed it between S Leone & Bkk. The drugs were then found in his bag.
