yes, I was able to read (and quote) yet before it was paywalled.

But there are now thousands articles from all around world, in all languages.

Also easily to search for a source -  Seymour Hersch own  blog. Easily to be googled

The same Seymour Hersh who had 'sources' to come up with a whacky conspiracy theory on Osama bin Laden he presented as fact?

Roger Waters (Pink Floyd) addressed the UN security council, he was invited to speak by Russia.

In a 4 February interview, Waters held the west and Ukraine largely responsible for the Russian invasion. In his address to the UN security council, he had changed his viewpoint somewhat. This is what he said, among other things:

“The invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation was illegal. I condemn it in the strongest possible terms,” he said. “Also, the Russian invasion of Ukraine was not unprovoked, so I also condemn the provocateurs in the strongest possible terms.”

SpaceX curbed Ukraine's use of Starlink internet for drones -company president

WASHINGTON, Feb 8 (Reuters) - SpaceX has taken steps to prevent Ukraine’s military from using the company’s Starlink satellite internet service for controlling drones in the region during the country’s war with Russia, SpaceX’s president said Wednesday.

SpaceX’s Starlink satellite internet service, which has provided Ukraine’s military with broadband communications in its defense against Russia’s military, was “never never meant to be weaponized,” Gwynne Shotwell, SpaceX’s president and chief operating officer, said during a conference in Washington, D.C.

Ah, good old "anonymous sources". That guy has been around a lot recently.

I guess it depends on which side of the debate one is as to which leaks to believe.

I believe the leaks that are consistent with and support observable facts.

Dramatic moment Russian drone boat packed with explosives smashes key Ukrainian bridge as Putin unleashes new war weapon that Moscow hopes will turn tide of war

  • The unmanned object is seen in the water approaching the bridge at-speed
  • Some reports say it was underwater, while others say it was a surface drone

That’s been done before heck all the way back to ww1 there were crude examples of remote controlled explosive boats and Japan used to put some poor sap in them I’d sure cheer if the Ukrainians could manage to bring down Putin’s bridge to crimea down permanently

Copying the Ukrainian tactics of using a drone boat to blow a bridge, sorry Ruskies, the original masters of this blew your Crimea bridge 4 months ago. Still not fully fixed yet.

From other sites on the internet, there does seem to be an intensification of Russian assaults, but by no means clear if the link refers to the expected Russian offensive, or just a local attack.

Ukraine's envoy to UN calls Roger Waters ‘another brick in the wall’ of Moscow propaganda.

Did you expect that he will say something else? Wondering what he will say when reading his interview in Berliner Zeitung?

Did Berliner write the song "Another brick in the wall"?

Stay close to the wall. Move fast. Single file. Just a few at a time."

The staccato instructions come from the Ukrainian army escort taking us to a military position in battle-scarred Bakhmut, a city once famed for its sparkling wines.

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky has called the eastern city "our fortress". Russian forces have spent the past six months trying to capture Bakhmut. Now they have intensified their onslaught - Ukraine believes - to tear it down ahead of the anniversary of the invasion.

We follow orders, darting down an icy rubble-strewn street, with a clear blue sky overhead - ideal for Russian drones.

Just after we cross the road, two Russian shells come slamming down behind us on the other side. We turn around to see black smoke rising and keep on running.

Not sure how this is going to end but it certainly looks like there is a real rift happening now between Wagner and the Defense Ministry. They have stopped giving permission for Wagner to recruit from prisons and are now doing it themselves. This from the latest ISW update:

#Prigozhin also confirmed on 11 FEB that the #Wagner Group stopped recruiting inside Russian prisons due to the expiration of an agreement between the Wagner Group and the Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD).

2/ Prigozhin stated that unspecified military detachments outside of his jurisdiction – likely referring to Russia’s conventional armed forces – will continue convict recruitment efforts.

3/ A Wagner Group-affiliated Russian milblogger also claimed that the Russian MoD is increasing its efforts to recruit inside Russian prisons.

4/@DefenceHQ assessed on February 11 that the increasing conflict between the Russian MoD and #Wagner Group was likely the main factor in the termination of the Wagner Group-MoD agreement regarding prison recruitment.

5/ #Prigozhin’s influence and appeal will likely continue to decline as the Russian MoD continues measures to undercut Wagner Group forces’ battlefield effectiveness, as @TheStudyofWar has previously reported.

A more detailed article here:

Yevgeny V. Prigozhin, the once secretive tycoon, is confounding Moscow’s Kremlin-allied elite by starting to dabble in politics alongside waging war in Ukraine.

He challenged Ukraine’s president to a duel from the cockpit of a bomber. He threatened to urinate on the face of a critic. He declared his private army was fighting for “every street, every house, every stairwell” in the eastern Ukrainian city of Bakhmut.

And that was just the past couple of weeks in the still-nascent public life of Yevgeny V. Prigozhin, the St. Petersburg tycoon who is confounding Moscow’s Kremlin-allied elite by starting to dabble in politics alongside waging war in Ukraine.

Mr. Prigozhin operated for years in secrecy, profiting from his personal ties to President Vladimir V. Putin to win lucrative catering and construction contracts with the Russian government while building up a mercenary force known as Wagner.
