Hi, I am looking into building and household insurance for our condo in Bangkok and also for a 2^nd investment condo, can anyone poiunt me in ther right direction on what is the norm, brokers who can assist me and what to expect to pay etc.

Houshold insurance? Only Allianz in my opinion trustfull. Definitelly an international one.

OP, the building is (or should be) already insured via the condo block, I think you will find it would only be for contents etc of individual condo.

This is my concern, should I rely upon the condo block insurance or is it advisable to take out additional cover. I am concerned more about the building insurance to protect my investment rather than contents.
