You really need to ask the airline.

Another thread is running on this.

At the moment some airlines are still asking for it and some are not.

I assume some airlines will assume that if Thailand asks for it then other countries will as well.

Today have info from KLM and Finnair that no PCR required for UK.

Thai Air should be the same but you have to call them yourself.

When I returned in December and the UK rules changed - Thai Airlines rules changed to suit ...... and it was actually them that notified me of the new requirements. Checking with the airline has to be the right answer but I think you'll just need the locator form.

It depends whether you're vaccinated or not and what vaccine(s).
