PM me with your contact number and next time I see the guys I will ask them to give you a call.

So, I got mine in.  And the hose doesn't go to the bottom of these 19 liter bottles.  or at tleast the hose I got doesn't.

Was the one's delivered to you short like that?

if it was, what was your workaround so you can use it till the bottle is practically empty?

Sorry to hear this - the one I received did have a proper length hose.

I found more information (phone numbers and address) on the smaller drinking bottles they supply.

Hope this helps.

I expect if to buy a product for siphoning and removing water from a jug, that it comes with all the proper parts.

But yeah, sometimes the effort to return is more than to fix yourself.

Best option:  *I contacted though and they are sending new hose.

Well outside of simply removing water..... beware of the famous Thai flatpacks, incomplete with Chinese and Thai instructions only.....

I've been waiting for your message.

You've probably been busy so I stopped the guys and asked for their phone number.

He pointed to the side of his truck.

He's waiting for your call, I told him you were a foreigner.

On the bottles too.

My 'Mountain Spring' now seems to be called 'Aristo'

Hasn't made them any more dependable.

Yes, thanks.

I didn't realize.

I've already posted these numbers.

They're the same numbers on the side of the smaller bottles

Good call, a non-refundable deposit is ridiculous.  Delivery issues are exactly why I am looking for a new company - I had been using CH Tech but half the time they just wouldn’t show up.

I know this is an old post before someone tells me!

Having same issues with Mountain Spring, for a while now. Unreliable, won't answer the phone, when he does we get a line of BS! Might see him every 12-18 days.... which isn't often enough. It's hot lately, and I got MIL (aka sour puss) here, and her and my Mrs consume more water than the elephants at Nong Nooch.

Might be where I live, 12 km North of town... maybe wants me to cancel.

That's the consequences of living on the Darkside.

Cheaper real-estate but that's about it

No one wants to go out in the sticks.

Found a beautiful housing estate 20 years ago, bought 2 houses haven't look back since.

I'm living the dream.

1km to Pattaya Beach, 1.5km to Jomtien Beach
