I was given this info from an AirAsia employee in response to my displeasure with reaching anyone to resolve an issue.

 

They have to be the WORST in customer service but here you go. A back door to chat with an agent.

You need to provide more details, such as the discussion you had with the employee before they gave you this.  They gave it to you for a reason.  I don't understand the issue based on this.
