Only for those diehard poverty tourists and those wishing to help in whatever small way they can the poor, benighted citizens of that country. Thirty-five years ago we took pens, pencils, notebooks, cheap cosmetics and the like to give away. Now I fear the list of basics needed is almost endless.

I'll visit (once quarantine is dropped) as love the place and it's relatively easy to avoid junta businesses and put the tourist dollar in the hands of the civilian pocket.
