Pattaya immigration home visit by immigration, is it only for marriage or kid extension ? Do they visit only the first time ? what questions do they ask ?

      They visit every year need a neighbor to be present they are only checking that your marriage is true.They do not ask you any questions only mainly talk to the neighbor.Nothing to worry about.

      I understand that mods wanabee reply to all posts they find to "look good" but it is often better to read the question first. I am talking about marriage and retirement as clearly explained.

    Pattaya immigration never visits condo, they just wait downstairs.

    Hi there, I'm not really that fussed about this issue but I own 2 properties in Thailand. A house in Bangkok and a condo in Pattaya. I lived in the condo for several years but I never changed my residential address when I moved to Bangkok and kept my Pattaya condo for regular holidays. Even though I've been legally married to a Thai for the past 20 years. I've always applied for retirement visas using the same agent for at least 8 years. As far as I know I've never had any home visits over that period.
