Ladyboy found dead in bed - phone was being charged but murder not ruled out

Siam Rath reported on the discovery of the body of a 48 year old man called Wiraphat on the Dong Dara housing estate in Udon Thani, NE Thailand.

 

Relatives said the victim was a ladyboy who sold betelnut in the market every day from dawn to dusk.

The victim was found in bed inside a mosquito net. Next to the body a phone was plugged in and charging.

 

Police have yet to settle on a cause of death suggesting that passing out in the hot weather as well as electrocution or even murder are all on the table.

 

Investigations continue.
