It was a dark area of four lane road and happened last night. Seventy year old Samang was hit as he crossed the road. He was dead from multiple injuries including a broken left leg. He was taken to hospital by Poh Teck Tung foundation. A noodle shop owner in the area called Athikhom, 32, said he heard a loud bang while watching TV. The deceased was a regular customer often dropping in after his shift as a security man, he said. I understand that they do not show the dirt like white ones do, but black/dark clothes attract mosquitoes, retain the heat and make it almost impossible to see people on the roads at night.
