I was there on March 20th, and he is what I needed.

1. ATK test 24 hours before flight or RT-PCR test 48 hours before flight.

2. Covid Medical insurance to cover up to $20,000 USD

3. One Health Pass http://onehealthpass.com.ph/

3. BOQ filled in. can do it from this website. https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC/

that's about it.

I would try to hit the snaking queue on the left either about midday or after lunch (1 pm) but as always it's pot luck sometimes there is no queue at all but sods law always comes into play always busy at time and date I go..90 day report snaking queue to the left empty 90 day building bursting and vice versa. All though the airport option is always there I like to have everything I can prepared beforehand in case plans go astray and arrive late at the airport....happened to me one time during the gas/petrol station night time shutdown of Thaksin government ...the taxi I had arranged ran out of fuel midway..it was very stressful to say the least...
