Thai Pass and Vaccination cert WITHOUT QR Code

Featured Replies

I have received a yellow book of "COVID-19 CERTIFICATE OF VACCINATION" from "MINISTRY OF PUBLIC HEALTH THAILAND".
It does NOT have any QR code.

Is it possible/allowed to use it to book Thailand Pass?

American CDC Covid 19 Vaccine Cards do not have QR Codes.  I did not have a problem getting a Thailand Pass in February.

Yes you can use it. A QR code is not mandatory.

But if you have the Thai yellow book, you should also have (or be able to get) a Thai vaccination certificate, and access to your vaccination record in Mor Prom. Both of which have QR codes.

It makes no sense if you got vaccinated in thailand that you weren’t given an updated QR code on you way out. Mor Prom was updated the same time as they gave me my updated vax hard copy w/ QR code on my booster…

Did you lose your hard copy and not yet access your mor prom info? That is on you….

I am looking at coming back in November 22, I have been fully vac's 3 shot's can get a yellow vac book here in Australia, will I be able to travel around ok no quarantine, and will the Thai pass be going then, as I know I can apply on line for it. what is the current PCR test still 72 hours before flight on arrival and that' is it the same if I fly in from an other country first. thanks for any info as want to book flights extra.

I cannot predict what will be needed in November.

At this this time since your are fully vaccinated you would only have to stay in hotel for one night while awaiting for a covid 19 test result when you enter the country and then do a antigen test on day 5 using a test kit you would giving after arrival.

The preflight covid 19 test is no longer required as of April 1st.

Some places did not give out hard copies of anything when being vaccinated (I know I didn't get one) so can't really blame the OP for that.
