Looking for a good real estate agent in Phuket

Featured Replies

My wife and I are planning on moving to Phuket in the coming months and have struggled to find a good real estate agent. Some are not responding at all while others are just sending us one or two properties and then going cold.

We're looking to stay somewhere on the eastern part of the island as it's a good spot for kindergartens.

Thank you!

If you mean full service like a buyers agent, hard to find in Thailand. Even when you are here and dealing face to face its difficult IMHO.

I have found Welta at House in Phuket to be very fair and reasonable.

I forgot to clarify that I am looking for a real estate agent dealing with condominium rentals.

Apart from Phuket Town, there are not that many condominiums on Phuket's eastern side (although Vichit, Rawai, Chalong and Cape Panwa have a reasonable selection and are in the south eastern area.  Your best bet would be using Facebook "Phuket Rent and Sale Property" group or similar.
