Rechargeable 18650 Batteries - Does anyone make a good quality one?

Very hard to find anything that isn't fake on those sites these days, and then I don't mean just batteries.

Everything with a brandname, but which is more than 10% cheaper than from the manufacturer, will 100% be a fake.

Reading reviews doesn't help, because when you return a product for a refund on Lazada and Shopee, you are not allowed to write a review.

Batteries from Smarttech Shop are 100% real (so far).

I test batteries extensively before I use them.

Panasonic NCR18650B 3,400mah batteries seem to be ok. Don't buy any batteries that claim to be more than 3,400mah because they are likely fake as 3,400 is about the maximum capacity at the moment.

I have recently bought some batteries from this Lazada store: VapcellThailand. Battery capacity was as specified.   To make it clear: I have a battery charger that can measure the battery ca

The problem is that many of the batteries which are sold have brand name stickers on them. And that's about the only thing which they have in common with those brands. It is very difficult to fin

Maybe try to read my comments once again, and then answer the question.

Are they brandname batteries and more than 10% cheaper than buying from the manufaturer?

I use the app, so I can't post a link.

Just search Lazada for 18650 and choose batteries from Smarttech Shop.

I don't know the manufacturer prices.

However, I test batteries extensively and those from Smarttech Shop are real.

May want to compare with 'this vendor' that I posted earlier.

You must be lucky then, because these reviews, and many more 1 and 2 star, tell me another story. And at 30% less than other sellers of the same product it is all too obvious.

Since I have to replace the cells in a couple of our deco lights I need to order a few 18650s.

Which of the plethora of cells in their shop would you recommend as known good??

I can confirm the Liitokala NCR18650B from Lazada Smarttech store do meet the Panasonic data sheet capacity and weight spec. The BIL has repaired several power tool batteries using these cells.

Note, these cells are available with or without protection circuit depending on application.

There were some bad reviews for products sold by Smarttech 3 years ago. Since then, all good.

The market is a nightmare because some of the fakes actually have decent quality cells under the label.
