do you think it is original - or fake?

it does not say anywhere that it is fake.

and will they pay back my money if it will turn out to be fake?

I would give that a WIDE BERTH personally as I'm sure as soon as you order it the store will send you a message back on the  lines of; so solly wong plice.

 

That said it's a common occurrence due to the lack of consumer laws here and they obviously think that they can sway you to buy something else, preferably with the right price, i.e. with the extra two (2) digits that are supposed to be in front of the displayed price, e.g. XX,988.

check lazada. it is chinese fake but advertised as original.

I know but when you check the name it is always something that looks close to the original brand manufacturer name but the original model of this phone normally sells for around 40-42,000 baht

It you check the advert carefully they never mention the original brand name on the box is states SVMSUNG

Most OEM never advertised their products as original

The title of the advert  DOES NOT SAY SAMSUNG , just Galaxy Ultra !  You made the assumption it was SAMSUNG  ans the image shows the alternate spelling version.

That's a really good fake, much better than the one in this vid. Android spelt wrong in ad.

Actually has the 'camera' molded into the body, rather than on top.  Lots of photos, rare, in the LAZ reviews, something not seen before, and suspect them to be fake also.  Aside from being a fake, nice looking phone for < 2000 & 1000 baht  ????  I bought mine for the camera, but if just wanting a 'phone' & access to internet, there are probably worst phones out there for more.

 

Box is a give away though.

I only buy from Lazmall that is where the genuine products are, there are so many sellers from China they should be banning for fakes, not just phones.

I would be very careful making allegations here in Thailand. A company like Samsung would be within their rights to take you to court.

These are not mis-spellings. They are names to look similar to well-known brands so that customers will buy them.

They are absolute rubbish, look at the reviews of this junk on YT sometime.

Not really.  LAZmall simply has better refund policy.  'Flagship' stores, 'should' be where the original products are sold from.  Don't go by the name of store, as XiaomiMall is not, Xiaomi 'Flagship' is.

 

If going to the original product's site, they usually have links to their official resellers.  Which usually include LAZ, Shopee, U-buy, Central & HomePro for many products.

I also have a genuine IPhone 13 pro in terms of value the SVMSUNG beats it hands down and there is very little I can do on the IPhone that I can't do with the clone.
