Australian passports and UK eGates

Hi can holders of Australian passports still use the E gates at Airports in the UK when entering from outside the country ?

Thanks for your response I had already checked Google and the information was not recent.

I was checking if the situation had changed particularly post Brexit, one never knows.

Just  a thought if you are a visitor then no issues, but if you have a work permit you need to have your passport stamped before you leave the immigration area (using the e gates shows you entering as a visitor), might seem petty but can be an issue years later when applying for ILR etc and needing to prove you were working(another forum has an Australian in this situation

Thanks for the information I gave up working years ago and will be a visitor only, too cold for anything else
