Have date to return to immigration on 23rd May

apart from passport do i have to show bank account +letter  from  bank or any other paper

have read lola story and now know i have to wait for 2months for extension thought i had already

applied for extension ? silly me

All you need is your passport when you return on the report back date to get your one year extension of stay stamp.

Don't quite follow your post.

Normally you would apply for non O marriage that visa would give you a 90 day permission of stay..

You would then obtain your 12 month extension in the last 30 days of that permission of stay, the money having been in the bank for 2 months.

You would be given an under consideration period. 

When you return for the final stamp you require your passport.

Note the immigration office may want to see undated bankbook with the 400k in the account.

After receiving final stamp you can use bank funds as required.

had lots od problems with house documents which i rent last week went to imm 3 times  with 3 bank letters plus electricity bill which has my name on it

that seemed to resolve the problem of the land paper so i thought but different imm last friday so spent more time trying to explain land paper

finally she stamped my passport as follows

under consideration until Sep 15th 

must report to imm on 16th of Sep

my  NON O visa runs out on 15th of August

yesterday 11th two imm turned up at house have to provide witness got

village gov to witness lots of questions
