Nancy Pelosi's husband Paul arrested for drink-driving

The husband of US House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi has been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving in California.

Paul Pelosi was held after his Porsche was involved in a collision with another vehicle in Napa County on Saturday night.

Nancy Pelosi is third in line for the presidency. She's a big old girl. She's a feminist. She is not her husband's keeper. So if he made a mistake, I don't see why this has any bearing on Pelosi's role as she serves out her final term as a historically significant house speaker.

You're right, it is no big deal. It would be good to hear that from his wife, instead she made it clear she wasn't anywhere near him when it happened.
