Isn't there a way to look up the status on the Thai pass website.

He needs a confirmation code to do that. Sounds like he never got one.

 

In which case re-applying is only option.

 

Confirmation code email normally arrives within minutes of application, if application was received. So sounds like something went worng and the application did not go through for some reason.

I did this yesterday, received an email very quickly confirming my registration, which as mentioned above, gave me an application code to check progress on the website.

 

In my case this first email was followed thirty minutes later with a notification of successful application and relevant QR code. So, whole thing less than one hour. 

 

If you haven’t got the first email, suggest re-applying. 

Agent, 50 quid 6 hours sorted no worries ????????
