Timing of appointment for NonImm OA-based extension of stay at CW?

My bank won't say exactly how long it will take to prepare the necessary docs (letter of account ownership, 12 months of statements and 12 credit advice for international transfers).  If they do it all on a Thursday (though they say it may be Friday), will the docs still be acceptable to TI at CW if I make an appointment for the following Monday?

The statements no problem.

As for bank letter why not obtain that on same day as appointment.

The banks (apart from SCB) are located on lower level.

CW like to see activity on the day of application in your account.

A small deposit at same time as obtaining letter is a good option.
