Thailand Pass Status Page Stating 'The information is not registered'

Featured Replies

48 hours ago I registered for the Thailand Pass. I received confirmation of my registration within minutes, but whenever I try checking my status I'm told 'The information is not registered'.

My email and personal key code details are definitely correct, so presumably I entered my passport number incorrectly when first registering, unless it's an error on their part.

I emailed them but got no reply, so is reregistering the best option?

I did mine a few days ago and had approval in about 20 minutes, they say it should be within 2 hours.

Doing it again is your best bet.
