Hoping to find an agency or attorney, or whomever who can help a Cambodian get a passport in their own name.   

They will need to be able to delete/erase? current passport which is under a family members name instead of their own.  (I actually don't have a clue what will be needed to get done to rectify it).

This of course creates many problems for an adult now, including insurance, flights, etc.

Also, they are not going to throw their family under the bus either to fix their passport either.

Any suggestions are welcome so that they can be completely compliant and move forward in life here in thailand.
