Buying Rifaximin?
I know it's not ideal and doesn't answer your question about availability, but Rifaxmin is available over the counter at the bigger pharmacies in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Any reason you specifically want to use this particular antibiotic? SIBO, perhaps? If that's the case, you might want to look at Metronidazole AKA Flagyll. Augmentin may also work. Or consider herbal anti-microbials like Oregano oil / Neem / Allicin. (Oregano oil is far and away the strongest of these, assuming you get one of the better brands like Gaia Herbs or my favourite, North American Herb & Spice.) -

You hit a MAJOR nerve about US schools. The first thing eliminated decades ago was a mandatory semester in high school on civics. If you don't know what your rights are then you don't know when they're being trampled on. Then shows like "Jackass" gained huge popularity making it "cool" to be stupid. Both Jesse Waters and Jordan Klepper (right wing and left wing talking heads) have had multiple sections on going out into the wild and asking the general population questions they really should be aware of but gave insanely ignorant responses. Even the current president's puppet has said many times he loves the poorly educated. They're easier to fool and manipulate. -

In the beginning I thought, that he actually might try, to the best of his diplomatic ability -- which is not and never has been great. Or maybe that he simply was deluded. By now I do think that his crazy statements are not random, they are a perfect smoke screen for a fascist coup. The playbook follows actually pretty close to what Hitler did after he was elected in power: bring industrialists on their side, start removing dissidents, closing down education and arts, spouting imperialist plans to distract the masses (Canada, Panama, Greenland, Gaza). The only question for me is, is it Trump or is it Elon having and following a plan, and will the military be on their side when push comes to shove as was the case in Germany. Either way, even in the best case and Trump's coup failing, the destruction and trust lost after only a month of this madness will take the Americans easily a generation to fix. -
