Can I get my son of be one of the directors of my company or do I have to wait until he is 20?

A minor can hold shares, but can't be the director.

And he can hold shares if 12 years old or older, or younger if the company is already setup.

 

so founders must be 12 yo and more.

shareholders can be younger.

■ A director must be a natural person who is at least 20 years old;
■ A director must not be incompetent; and
■ A director must not be an undischarged bankrupt.
