The ONLY people in the airport wearing masks were incomming passengers from Asian flights. To be fair to Thailand, the other Asian nations seem to be keeping mask mandates in place as well.

Ya, perhaps some would wish Thailand were more like the anti vax and anti mask folks in the U.S., where 1 million + have died from COVID since the beginning. That's about 0.30% of the total 330+ million population. Right now, Thailand has had nearly 31,000 official COVID deaths since the beginning. If we applied that same 0.30% of the population COVID death rate to Thailand with its 70 million population, that would equal about 210,000 dead of COVID in Thailand as opposed to nearly 31,000! Popular Post thailand49
These leaders do come up with some catchy titles but this isn't going to get them here knocking down doors what will be a start is stop all the backward or stupid thinking for example all your racism, prejudice towards others including your own people, the duel pricing, then the corruption by police on particular in which visitor have most contact. As a developing country leaders need first and foremost start thinking and acting like one. ???? It isn't Thailand consider cheap it is the corruption and greed of the government leaders which fuel all these so call ideas. And wasn't A-Nut-In in the paper just last week because he'd come back from an overseas trip and tested positive for Covid? What's the point in having a big press junket (apart from self-agrandisement and ego boosting) about "endemic era Covid" when they refuse to classify it as endemic? And as for boosters every 4 to six months... why? A-Nut-In has had 6 shots and still got infected and since there are no long term studies yet in to the effects of repeated doses of the vaccines, has the government got a contract with Pfizer and Moderna to provide the human trials of repeated dosing?
