90 day Non Imm application in the UK
I was thinking of entering with the O visa later this year but thought getting everything sorted for the 1yr extension would be pushing a bit if things go wrong. I have made some enquiries and it should be possible to open a bank account with the O-A multi entry visa as long as I get a residency permit from Chang Wattana before applying. It's a few more hoops but gives 1 to 2 years to sort myself out. -

The real reason why Musk left DOGE
Both Trump and Musk knew from the outset that Musk could be employed as "an unpaid special government employee" for a maximum of 130 days. Source: https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c23vkd57471o Source: https://www.euronews.com/2025/04/03/as-his-employment-limit-nears-elon-musk-could-be-leaving-doge-soon Earlier, I read somewhere — forgot where — that subsequently, part-time employment is allowed for a limited period, forgot how long and can't find a source for it now. Musk was quoted as mentioning the 130-limit only yesterday, https://www.cbsnews.com/news/elon-musk-on-doge-trump-administration-and-responsibility-for-cuts/ Trump apparently never mentioned it. -

What's the dullest place in Thailand?
I suppose it can, I found it very boring and glad to return over the border as quickly as I could. I wasn't carried away with Vientiane, either.
