As I mentioned previously, the definition of a 'new' hospital was changed by the Department of Health to include refurbishments and rebuilds. The end result is that - depending on the original source - between 3 - 5 'new' hospitals are currently being built.

 

Even with the redefinition of the word 'new', it's hardly rapid progress.

Yes, they conveniently believed Starmers excuse that it was a working meeting and that as all the shops and restaurants were closed , they needed to order some food for the workers to eat because they were hungry .

No, they were actually banned for a while , they contained a banned colouring , I personally recall that Worcester sauce flavoured crisps were banned as well , they were my personal crisp choice of flavour and they got banned for having cancer causing ingredients

I don't think that police officers should display support for any cause while on duty, but to suggest that a few officers taking the knee and/or wearing rainbow paint, and that Starmer was found to have no case to answer, means that the UK police force is institutionally bias towards the left is ridiculous.

 

A serving police officer in the West Midlands force was recently found to be a former member of a banned right-wing party. Does that make the West Midlands force institutionally right-wing? What about the fact that left-wing and black groups are disproportionately targeted for undercover police operations? Does that point to an anti-left, anti-black agenda among UK police forces?

Yes I have witnessed the people camping in Calais . I had to wait there for two weeks for my UK passport to be sent to me . I talked with many of them that were endeavouring to reach the UK shore line and was offered a beer by many of them  at the same time.

You do understand that Starmer didn't commit an infraction, don't you?

 

That's what it means when the police say that after conducting an investigation that was described as "thorough, detailed and proportionate" they "concluded that there is no case to answer...."

 

This is of course, in complete contrast to the actions of Boris and his minions at Number 10 where after a similarly thorough investigation a total of 126 fixed penalty notices were issued.
