Yes because either one of them alone is not enough to satisfy your hunger.

40 baht for double sandwich in 7/11. Can't see why people buy Mcdonalds for such high prices.

Never seen a Thai eat beef in McDonald's, they all eat fried chicken, KFC style

Such a sad wasteful opportunity cost.

Why not just go to KFC?

That said I am guilty of the occasional fillet o' fish.

My question is. Why in the world do foreigners travel half way around the world and this is the majority both tourists and expats and they are eating at these places. 7-11, McDonald's ,

Years ago when I lived in London, I wondered why so many Chinese ate at McDonald's. Can't have been the lack of Chinese restaurants...

Also, my girlfriend told me that her Thai friend once travelled with a big suitcase full of Mama noodles to study abroad - in Italy!

I thought I was eating wholesome, nutritious, healthy food at McDonald's.

Thank you for opening my eyes.

Woe is me.

So you eat anything. Fake fish and dog. Might as well eat cardboard.

The McDonald's are spotless due to the price being a barrier of entry for many.

The KFCs not so much.

I don't eat octopus; it is an intelligent and amazing creature.

I've considered stopping eating swine; pigs are more intelligent than dogs

Thai food is good, maybe you assume it tastes bad so it does.

This is not one of the gifts God gave me.

Perhaps in my next life I'll be able to change the taste of food with my assumption
