Buy English vocabulary flashcards in Pattaya?

Featured Replies

There is a  large bookshop at the Emporium Mall in Bangkok, where I previously purchased flashcards to help kids learn English.  You know, animal names, fruit, jobs etc.  I donated all my flashcards to a school in Laos last year and now need to buy new cards.  But I'm not in Bangkok...

Does anyone know of a shop in Pattaya that sells a range of flashcards?  Thanks.

Used to be a bookshop in Harbor Mall, not sure if still there, or Lazada has loads

Thanks, I'll try harbour mall. Lazada is no good - I'm flying in a few days!

Or make them yourself. I did.

There is a bookshop in Central shopping 4th fl on the right hand side as you enter the actual Central shop itself that sells these & other educational aids for children

In the end, I took the risk of postage delays and ordered 18 different flashcard sets from a Thai supplier on  Lazada. Birds, jobs, body parts etc etc. Total cost just 500 baht or so for these 18 sets.  What's more, the delivery was only 1 day!

Anyway, I'm just about ready to return to my previous teaching haunt >> Myanmar. Yes, I'm aware of the civil war/unrest, and the disruption that it has caused/is causing to students' education.  That was the major reason why I wanted to return).
