Acting Prime Minister Prawit and Defense Minister Prayut signs condolence book to the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

Acting Prime Minister Prawit Wongsuwon and Defense Minister Prayut Chan-O’Cha arrived at the residence of the British Ambassador in Thailand on Friday afternoon, September 9th, to write a condolence message to the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

 

In the message, the Acting Prime Minister expressed his “profound sadness” about the passing of Her Majesty the Queen and extended his “deepest condolences” to the British Prime Minister on behalf of the Thai government and the people of the Kingdom of Thailand.

 

The Defense Minister and former Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva also arrived at the residence to sign the book of condolences later in the afternoon.

If my memory seres me right he was born in the UK ,Whitby,was friends with Boris ,

if that means anything.

Yes, he was born jn Btitain when his father was a diplomat.
