No he hasnt, but lets be fair here, not being charged with a crime does not neccesarily make him innocent either, he has just not been proven guilty in a court of law, why, because he chose not to attract further attention of the media to himself and the Royal family that a very public trial would bring so he paid 12m to the female. Technically innocent, and most agree innocent until proven guilty.

Recent footage doesnt help his very tarnished reputation either, sadly.
