I am currently living in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom rental house on the darkside, that I am paying 7,000 monthly. This house is older and needs some repairs. For a rental, I could pay as much as 25K monthly. If you have a place for sale/rent, please send me photos and info. I am looking for a long term rental and can move in immediately.
