Simply having a server in Thailand doesn't guarantee success. Do you know for sure that Netflix hasn't blocked ExpressVPN's IP ranges?

    I came across this VPN recently by the name of FAST VPN. It costs US$12 per annum and has many servers. It works perfectly. May I ask why do you need NETFLIX? There's many other free options including TV, movies and sports channels.
