A 27-year-old woman in the southern province of Binh Phuoc Province has died after injecting an unknown substance into herself for beauty purposes.

 

Doctors said she was admitted to the Hoan My Binh Phuoc hospital with her heart not beating and her lungs not breathing. Doctors suspected a "severe anaphylactic reaction to an unknown drug." She died Tuesday.

 

Relatives said the woman worked as a beautician. Two days earlier, she came to her mother's house, where she injected herself an with unknown substance. After she went into convulsions and fell to the floor, her mother rushed her to the hospital.
