All the fresh water being added to the oceans is causing a slowing of the gulf stream which moderates England's temperature. Expect much more of this, and even colder in the future.

Wait I thought that it was global warming,do you honestly believe a couple of melting icebergs can really affect the levels of the mighty oceans?

It is global warming. The melting glaciers in Greenland, etc are all fresh water when it arrives in the ocean. And yes, this additional water raises the ocean levels.

So global warming makes the UK freezing cold, seriously?

Never mind the UK! When the temperature becomes equal at the poles and equator where would people go for a sunny holiday? Or would The Arctic and Antarctica become tourist hotspots?

Most would be too busy treading water to worry about where to holiday.

It's a complex system, clearly beyond your ability to understand.

A hypothetical question as it will ever happen so who cares?

We were told that about Brexit in the UK also but guess what, all the BS predictions have yet to materialise for instance our economy would collapse if we didn’t join the woeful Euro?

There's so much (conflicting) information and so many predictions around. Not too long ago the question was whether global warming is permanent, reversible or that it doesn't even exist being 'cyclical'. The World seems to have accepted that it is real and we have cause to worry.

Many very respected scientists are of the opinion that we are going into the next Ice Age,however that doesn’t fit the Davos/WEF agenda as a viable way to extort more money in taxes from the middle classes?

It is therefore buried by the complicit left wing media as it doesn’t fit their agenda.

There definitely was regular ice and quite deep snow around in the UK during the 60's. Then, we went for a decade or so and never saw any snow. After that I remember the coldest ever temperature of -26.1 C recorded in England in Shropshire in 1982. Colder than Siberia apparently!
