left 3BB yrs ago and went AIS no dwn time, been AIS customer for over 7yrs now

Are you talking about optic fibre directly to your router @ 1Gb/s or via 3/4G mobile data?

Not sure which is best but stay clear of True

Agree, I was down for a week, they could not have cared less. Even after two office visits.

No apology or refund.

No problems with 3BB in the village. I use nt at the condo, also reliable.

I first used TOT way back in December, 2005. Subsequently after a few years I switched to 3BB.

In July 2013 I signed on with True. Essentially since then my problem with the Internet improved dramatically. Whilst I still have problems at times, it is not often. Additionally, however, True's response is "second to none". In my opinion their "after sales service" is wonderful.

Frankly, even if I could get a cheaper cost elsewhere, I would not switch.

I'm using True.   Faster than I am paying for and excellent service here in Sakon Nakhon.

Used CAT before and it was terrible and service was worse.

I have 2 fiber connections into the house.

One is from CAT and the other 3BB.

I find CAT to be mostly excellent and rarely need to swap over to the 3BB 'backup' connection due to slowness or outage, etc. I am in Hua Hin though.

I have no issues at all with True and haven't for 13 years. Their service is blisteringly fast here (close to 1gbps) and if I call them they respond immediately.

With all the recent bad weather, if lines are run on poles, strong wind can cause problems.

I rarely have problems with 3BB, but did last weekend.

The main thing is the location of where you are. Where I live I have found that AIS works the best for me. Never any down time, whereas when I had True or 3BB and always had downtime.

There is no such thing as the best.

One might be reliable and fast in location A but not in B or C.

Talk to the neighbors to find out what is best in your building/area.

Agree totally, almost down to the person who provides your support. Can go from nice, dedicated and smart down to total moron.

Using both AIS and 3BB in Phuket, and both work perfectly for me. When there is a disruption in services simply contact 1530 (3BB) and they fix it within an hour.

Great, will run a cable from Phuket to Pattaya!

AFAIK CAT has been taken over or merged with nt, at least in Chiang Rai.

NOT True.

Oh yes it is......

Seriously it sounds regional, True has been good for me North of Pattaya.

You're right, I just looked at the envelope from the latest bill and it does say 'nt' on it - I've never heard of them before (the mrs takes care of the bill payments) - still good though ????

Sane here.

True has been excellent and very cheap.
