varunsingh
hi just had a doubt the thai embassy website says thats people from certain countries including india can only apply for a visa from their country of residence.... was wondering what this means??? does this mean that if an indian has to go on visa runs he will hav 2 come back 2 india to get his passport stamped....and cant go to other places makes the whole thing infeasible.... is this the thai govts way of saying that they don wann indians in the country.... is that it... cheers varun
george
Yes, you have to apply in your home country. It IS hard for people from the subcontinent to get visas to Thailand.
dr_Pat_Pong
Yes, you have to apply in your home country. It IS hard for people from the subcontinent to get visas to Thailand. They have a propensity to stay on in Thailand illegally.
